After spending over 20 years working across both the corporate and social impact sectors, Kate’s passionate about shifting the mindset of businesses to define success in both organisational AND social terms.
Given the high impact that Executives, Senior Leaders and Non-Executive Directors or Trustees have on strategy and culture, Kate's focus is on supporting the mindset shift at this level.
She has a passion for helping individuals and teams to unlock barriers, find the courage and confidence to lead the purpose and/or sustainability agenda, and equip themselves emotionally and practically for the changes needed to succeed.
Kate offers both advisory and coaching services. Her advisory work includes strategy design and implementation roadmaps, as well as support for building a 'purpose' business case and partnership strategies.
